Understanding the Client
As a Project Manager, on top of just designing and managing sites, we have to understand the clients well and provide them with their needs. In this phase, we conduct consultations and discussions to know more about the project brief.
Tackling the Challenge
With the requirements on hand, only will I then be able to research for ideas, creating moodboards, hand-sketches, 2D and 3D plans for clients to visualize the design. Iterations and changes will be a rinse and repeat.

On the spot sketching was sometimes necessary to allow clients to visualize the idea. It's usually done during consultations, or after the 2D plan is produced. Otherwise, it will be a pre-step prior to 3D renderings.

There are several programs that could be used to render photorealistic views, such as Google Sketchup with V-ray, or 3D Studio Max. I'm familiar with both software but I personally prefers 3DS Max due to its quality.

I am grateful for the opportunities that Lemonfridge Studio has given me, from commercial to residential projects; designing the space digitally to physically.
As a middleman between contractors and clients, I see how important it is to be able to influence decisions with sense-making reasons. Afterall, these projects are nothing but a pure sense of achievement and satisfaction.
